Initial and subsequent appointments incur a $95 fee that must be paid on the day of the service.
Private health insurance rebates can be processed on the premises.
All major credit cards are accepted.
We understand that unplanned issues can and do arise and that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment from time to time.
Should this occur, we respectfully request that at least 24 hours notice be given.
As a small business that prides itself on the best quality health care whilst keeping costs as low as possible, late cancellations and non-attendance of appointments is problematic.
As such, from January 1st 2019, a $50 late fee will be incurred by any client that fails to provide 24 hours notice.
